By accessing or using the Corellate browser extension or web dashboard (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Corellate is a productivity tool designed to help you archive, organize, and search your conversation history from third-party AI platforms. Corellate does not provide AI models or chat services directly; it provides a management and synchronization layer for your existing AI interactions.

3. Accounts & Authentication

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication methods.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content of the chat history you capture and must ensure that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of the third-party AI platforms you interact with (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google).

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the chat content you capture. Corellate retains all ownership rights to the Service, including the extension, dashboard, software, and branding.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Corellate makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the Service. Since the Service depends on the web interfaces of third-party AI providers, we cannot guarantee continuous functionality if those providers make changes to their systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

Corellate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings.
